Calibrate the miner.

Before an engine mines, it must reproduce fixed test vectors exactly: the standard keccak256 vectors for the empty string and "abc", multi-block messages, mining digests at edge-case nonces, the difficulty counter, and two range scans. A wrong hash would be rejected on chain, so a device that fails here should not mine.
